Meet Sarah

Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator & Unconscious Mind Therapist

Sarah supports people in healing at a deeper level, especially when talking alone hasn’t been enough. Her background includes working in the NHS, where she saw how often people were treated for symptoms rather than what was happening underneath. That experience, combined with her own healing journey, shapes how she works today.
