There may be a sense of disconnection from safety, pleasure, or trust in yourself. These experiences can feel confusing, especially when you’ve already tried to “do the work.”

 

This isn’t a lack of effort or self-awareness. Often, it’s your nervous system asking for a different kind of support, one that meets the body where it is and allows change to happen gently.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care. Sessions move at the pace of your nervous system, prioritizing consent, choice, and regulation over forcing release or catharsis.

Body Before Story

Rather than processing solely through the mind, we work with the body’s sensations and signals, where stored experiences can gently integrate and resolve.

Breath as a Gateway

Trauma-informed breathwork supports emotional release, presence, and reconnection, always attuned to nervous system safety and capacity.
