Sarah supports what’s held in the body, breath, and nervous system, helping things settle where stress and experience have been carried for a long time.

Charlotte focuses on patterns, emotions, and relationships, supporting clarity, self-trust, and forward movement in everyday life.

An 8-Week Somatic Healing
& Coaching Journey

A trauma-aware 8-week experience designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and sustainable change.
 

Each week includes two sessions held on separate days, one focused on somatic healing and breathwork, the other on coaching and integration. This structure allows the body to settle and release first, followed by insight and conscious understanding.
